SHOWS

From Festivals to Cabaret and Corporate settings, Daniel Oldaker can play all environments to perfection. All you have to do is choose the main course, and then sit back and enjoy while Daniel whips your audience into a comic frenzy (cherry on top optional!).

Oldaker Antics

Daniel's latest creation, Oldaker Antics has something for everyone. Skits, bits and some things which are just plain bizarre, this quirky collection guarantees comic satisfaction (or your money back!). Fun interviews with members of the audience (or your choice of interviewee!), all-star guest acts, lame impressions and truly spontaneous improvisation.
Anything can happen and probably will in this refreshingly mixed bag of fun. Show runs between 45 and 90 minutes.

The Bell Boy

A nostalgic piece of theatre with an ersatz twist of contemporary circus, The Bell Boy is a service man with too many suitcases and not enough time on his hands. Balancing, juggling, tumbling and warm audience interaction combine to make this a vaudeville experience in the best European tradition. A sublime display of physical skill and comic timing as Daniel
explores the ups and downs of life's baggage. Show runs up to 45 minutes, with 5 to 10 minute guest spots also possible.

The Last Straw

They say it broke the camel's back, but Daniel Oldaker's Last Straw is sure to have you doubled over with laughter. With nothing more than a pack of plastic drinking straws, Daniel takes the audience on an inspired adventure of epic proportions. From vampires to giant seagulls, Eskimos with broken noses to being overdrawn at the Blood Bank, this highly
original piece of visual comedy will captivate all ages. Show runs up to 45 minutes, with 5 to 10 minute guest spots also possible.

Live Flavor

Fresh and funky and quite literally dripping with comedy goodness, "Live Flavour" is upbeat and off the wall. Including sound advice on “ How to be the Public Ass “, Daniel really lets rip when he gets his hands on a pile of fresh fruit. Without a sledgehammer or chainsaw in sight, Daniel uses the raw comic genius of his bare hands to slice the watermelon completely in two. In an hilarious homage to the breakdancers of yesteryear, Daniel then proceeds to employ half of the melon as a sports guard and spin upon it. An irreverent, entertaining and unexpected spoof of popular culture. Show runs up to 45 minutes, with 5 to 10 minute guest spots also possible.
